The final set will not be able to issue potions with a large percentage if you do not use any mods. On the other hand, it should be understood that playing a character with high magical effects is simply not interesting. Therefore, many either use the enchantment ID in Skyrim, writing specific 3-4 cheats, or simply are content with what they find.
Notes
When working in such a direction as “Enchantment”, you should know:
- not all combinations of charms and objects can be recreated on the pentagram of souls;
- the highest level of enchantment of the item ascribes invisible characteristics like protection from enchanted weapons from 1 to 15%;
- sometimes guards ask to enchant weapons;
- any item must be enchanted from scratch, otherwise it will not work.
Alternative
Another way to avoid tedious prescribing of long console commands is to write a cheat on already existing things with charms (player.additem [ID] [N]).

Knowing Skyrim enchantment IDs is not such a useful skill, since a hero hung with the most powerful magical effects is simply doomed to become boring and uninteresting. After all, any enemy will fall from a single sweep of the weapon.
In the game, there simply will not be such an enemy that can make decent competition. Even if you increase the level of difficulty.
