Preschool physical education has much more opportunities than school. It contributes not only to the sports development of the child. It all depends on the professionalism of the teacher. First of all, you need to teach children to perform movements of varying complexity. Secondary tasks may include the development of speech, the study of forest animals, domestic animals, etc.

In addition, physical education classes in the middle group according to GEF should be aimed at developing in children the qualities that a successful person needs. The desire for victory, the ability to show willpower, initiative, the ability to work in a team , etc.

To successfully conduct the lesson, you need to carefully prepare. Define tasks and goals, have the necessary equipment, fit clearly into the allotted time. And so, the objectives of this lesson are as follows:

It is recommended that an active physical education lesson in the middle group lasts 40-50 minutes. Therefore, the exercises are painted over time.

  1. Warm-up consists of jumping and raising legs (5 min.). Bears stomp through the forest (raise our legs and stomp), bunnies jump (jumping).

  3. Exercise “The bear came out of the den.” We hold a hoop, children climb through the neg and stretch (3 minutes).
  4. Exercise "Flowers on the lawn." Scatter cardboard flowers around the room, instruct the "bunnies" to collect them. Children jump and bring flowers (3 min.).
  5. Exercise "Crossing the bridge." Children take turns climbing on the bench and walk on it. Give a hand if the baby cannot cope (5 min.).
  6. Exercise "Snake". Place the pins in a line at a distance of 1 meter from each other. Children should run between them, holding each other at the waist, like a snake (5 min.).

The chickens (the rest of the children) are walking around the room, suddenly the chanterelle runs out and catches everyone who did not have time to jump inside the hoop. The captured baby becomes a chanterelle, and the chanterelle becomes a chicken (10 min.).

These exercises for children will be very exciting, and they will be happy to perform them in such a playful way.

Short class summary

First you need to tell the children about the forest.

The forest never sleeps. Together with the sun, bears, squirrels, hares, and wolves wake up. What other forest animals do you know? They gather food all day. Bears eat raspberries, squirrels - nuts and cones, wolves prey on bunnies. And what do they like to eat bunnies? Even in the forest live hens. They are called capercaillie, hazel grouse. They build their houses in small holes. And who else houses for themselves street? Squirrel builds a house of thin twigs. Of these, she makes a circle with two doors. Why does a squirrel have such a large tail? With it, it’s easier for her to jump on branches, and in winter she hides herself like a blanket. How does a fox hunt? She hears mice and hits the ground with her paws. The mice get scared, run out of the houses. Then the fox catches them. And what interesting things do you know about the forest?

Then we perform the exercises themselves. Physical education in the middle group will be very fun if you accompany everything with a story. For example, the sun arose (everyone reached out), the bunnies jump on the lawn (jumps), the bears stomp angrily, they want to sleep again (we stomp, raising their legs).

Class completion

preschool physical education

When the exercises for children are completed, you need to summarize. Ask the children what they liked best in the forest. Which animals are the most jumping, and which are the heaviest. Ask a few questions about the forest from the opening story.

You can collect equipment together and ask where the children would like to go next time.

Effect on children during class

physical education in the middle group

Young children may not be able to do some things yet. Someone does not know how to walk on the bench, someone unfastens clothespins. No need to insist on the assignment or scold the child for it. Physical education in the middle group should teach new things, and not discourage the desire to try their hand.

If something does not work out for the child, the task of the educator is to encourage him and gently push him to completion. For example, take the baby’s hand and show how the clothespins are unfastened. Then invite him to try it himself.

Such physical education in the middle group should be permanent.
