The problem of independent care of children from the territory of the kindergarten is acute for teachers of preschool institutions. And this does not mean at all that a situation is observed almost daily in which the child left the kindergarten, and no one immediately noticed this, and therefore the search begins after 30-40 minutes. But it is impossible to completely exclude such a situation, unfortunately. Who is to blame for the situation and how to ensure that it does not recur?
How does it all start
So morning. Mom wakes up the baby, dresses, feeds, brushes her teeth and leads to the kindergarten. It is precisely from the moment the baby is transferred to the caregiver that the kindergarten becomes responsible for the child. In different preschool institutions this is indicated in its own way: in some it’s enough to just say hello to the teacher and have a child in a group, in others to sign in the magazine, and thirdly, some other options they need. Therefore, it is desirable that in the kindergarten there are clear rules for transferring the baby to the responsible person (educator).
Of course, not all kindergartens have fences made of solid sheets of iron or built in the form of brick walls. Moreover, security guards and intercoms are generally a rarity, especially in small cities. Perhaps it would be easier with the guard, because he could keep track of the kids going in and out. On the other hand, from a technical point of view, a door entry phone with a high button would be more convenient.
But, perhaps, if all the rules are followed, the question that the child has escaped from kindergarten will not even be raised.
To punish or not punish a child?
Unfortunately, none of the parents and caregivers are immune to the possibility of escape. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the former to conduct repeated conversations with their children that you can go to and from kindergarten only accompanied by your mother or father, grandparents. That is, those adults who are constantly in the field of vision of the baby. And the second is charged with the duty of constant control over their wards. After all, it is clear that far from all children are equally obedient and agree to sit on a high chair for a whole day or play quietly with dolls, animals, and cars.
What to do if, nevertheless, the child leaves the kindergarten? What after the baby is found and returned to the group or do parents need to do mom and dad to try to explain to him that this should not be done, that everyone was very worried because of his wrong act? Just sit side by side and talk heart to heart or spank harder and put in a corner, depriving sweets, cartoons and walks (to activate the memory of the child)?

Punishment makes sense only on one condition: the child does a bad deed completely consciously, knowing that the deed is bad and that he is doing wrong. And if the child left the kindergarten and does not even realize that it should not be so in any case, then there is nothing to punish him for. It must be explained to him that without the permission of the educator one cannot leave the group or take a walk, climb between the bars of the fence or under the fence itself, one cannot open the gate. Try to gently draw a verbal picture of what can happen to children who decide to be too independent: dangerous roads, inattentive drivers, open hatches, unfinished construction sites, evil uncles and aunts ... And be sure to warn that next time, if this happens again , the baby will be punished (it is even desirable to voice what kind of punishment will follow).
To punish or not to punish teachers, nannies and the head? The parent did not take the child to kindergarten
Many parents (especially those who are faced with the problem under discussion) often discuss the following question: "The child left the kindergarten: how to punish the teacher?". Yes, no doubt, if this happened, the fault lies entirely with the tutor. I did not inspect, did not follow, did not warn, did not save, and was distracted. But ... We all know that there are completely uncontrollable children who are difficult to cope not only with parents, but also with carers with great experience. These are children who love to indulge in, do the opposite, and not at all listen to the words of adults. Many of them, and getting older, continue to run away from such schools - from school, from home, from the city ... So who is responsible for the child in kindergarten and who is to blame if the escape occurred? Let us dwell on more ordinary cases.
So, we have already mentioned that the responsibility for preschoolers is assigned to teachers, nannies, and even the head, but only from the moment when the parents “hand over” the child. There are times when a child leaves the kindergarten on his own, for example, after the parent, and the teacher is not to blame. Yes, yes, it happens and that’s why. Situation: Dad needs to send one child to kindergarten, the second - to school. First, he takes the youngest to kindergarten, but, hastening with the second to school, he does not stop for five minutes to control how the child undresses and enters the group, and, having brought him to the door of the garden, turns around and hurries to school. The kid, beginning to change clothes, notices that, for example, dad did not leave the blouse that should be worn in the kindergarten. Thinking that dad just forgot, and the jacket is with him, the baby runs after him. In this case, the child left the kindergarten not because he indulges, he hurries for his clothes. Since dad did not take the child to the kindergarten, then, of course, the teacher has no idea that this baby was brought. Naturally, she cannot guess that he ran away.
One kid is running, the other is crying ...
Another thing is when, for example, children are on a walk, the weather is good, the sun shines brightly. And the teacher, together in order to closely monitor them, talking with a colleague or by phone. In this case, the tutor's guilt is absolutely clear.
There are, of course, ambivalent situations in which the teacher out of the corner of his eye notices that one of the kids sneaks to the ajar gate, but cannot immediately run after him, because other children require her immediate attention (for example, at this moment someone it fell heavily or cried loudly). Initially, an important task of a teacher on a walk is to involve the kids in some kind of game so that they have neither time nor the desire to run away somewhere. In any case, you must first understand the current situation. But if the guilt is fully proven, then the punishment should follow immediately.
The fugitive from Tyumen
One egregious incident occurred earlier this year: a child left a kindergarten. Tyumen - as a city where all this happened, became famous throughout the country. A five-year-old baby ran away from the kindergarten during a quiet hour. In the 30-degree frost, he wandered along the street for a while, until a hairdresser paid attention to him. She brought the boy into the room and called the police. The woman immediately realized that he was very cold: he had red and cold cheeks and pens (the child was in the cold for about an hour).
Law enforcement officers found the boy’s mom. It was they who gave her the baby.
Why the teacher did not notice that the child left the kindergarten (Tyumen literally “buzzed” from what was happening) remains incomprehensible. But she was already reprimanded, and she wrote a letter of resignation. The reprimand and remark were received by the manager and the head of the kindergarten.
