From the variety of fitness training programs and dance classes, more and more women prefer their unique mix called half-dance. Clothing for classes should meet several requirements: to be comfortable, sit well, easy to reach and generally look sexy. After all, half-dance is an art that shamelessly demonstrates the beauty and grace of a woman.
Where to begin?
Even moving away from films with striptease scenes, many still have the wrong impression of what you need to take with you for training. Beginners do not have to buy explicit things.
For the first lessons, ordinary sportswear is ideal: leggings or short shorts combined with a T-shirt or tight-fitting T-shirt.
Particular attention should be paid to the selection of a bra. Without proper fixation, the breast makes many vibrations, which accelerates the aging process and reduces skin elasticity. But do not go too far. The "right" bra for sports does not press the mammary glands to the chest, but provides reliable fixation due to dense elastic at the bottom and a special cut of the cups. It is advisable to choose pitted models for greater comfort, but in the case of large sizes, bones may be necessary.
Sportswear for yoga is also a success with beginners. Only preference should be given to tight-fitting styles, instead of harem pants and loose shirts.
Security measures
Bruising is an inevitable part of the training process. To minimize their help leggings on legs and special bandages on the wrists.
It is not recommended, it is often even forbidden to wear jewelry, jewelry, clothes with metal decor for classes - so as not to accidentally scratch the pole or yourself. Moreover, after intensive training, the brushes often “fill up” and then removing the rings can be problematic.
The same rules apply to long nails on the legs and arms - it is strongly recommended to shorten them.
Hairstyle is another important aspect. Hair should not interfere with the process or stick into the eyes, so the gum or rim that securely fixes them is a must.
Do not apply lotion, caring oils or tanning the day before classes - this makes the skin unnecessarily slippery and leaves plaque on the pole, and this is unsafe for both you and other students.
Footwear
Dancer performances often wear stunning shoes or sandals. However, in training, many teachers recommend working barefoot, in athletic non-slip socks or in light Czechs. Long heel exercises can lead to postural curvature and other problems with the spine and joints.
But if you plan to learn the movement with shoes with heels, then keep in mind that it must be comfortable, you must be able to walk freely in it, and there must be an ankle strap that securely fixes the shoes.
For those who are already familiar with the basics
After 3-4 lessons (or when the teacher tells you) you will need a little different clothes for half-dance. Many movements involve contact of the skin with the pole - arms, legs, lower back and abdomen. Therefore, at first it will be possible to simply tuck the legs or the bottom of the shirt, but then you need such clothes for half-dance:
- Very short shorts - choose a model that sits comfortably and beautifully. A different cut of the legs can advantageously change the appearance of the buttocks, which will give you the confidence and relaxedness that is so needed in training.
- A good sports bra is a must for dancers with any skill level.
- short topic, leaving the stomach and lower back open. This is an optional element, because most sports tops look closed and do not look like underwear. But many dancers are more comfortable appearing in a public place, at least in a small but top. In addition, there are many models with witty inscriptions and beautiful prints that emphasize your passion for half-dance.
Performances and competitions
After you spend more than one hour in the classroom, there will come a joyful moment when you can demonstrate your skills to a wider audience.
Elegant costumes for pole dance are noticeably different from regular training clothes. They suggest a more candid cut with interesting details and are often decorated with sparkling trim. Such clothes for half-dance are of several types:
- Bikini - it differs from the usual swimsuit not only in fabric, but also in enhanced support of the chest (so that it does not accidentally fall out of the neckline during tricks upside down), for the same reason all models have straps. Swimming trunks are often made in the style of very short shorts - they beautifully outline the buttocks and at the same time reliably cover intimate places during the splits.
- Body - to ensure skin contact with the pole, the body most often has curly cuts at the waist.
- Erotic costumes and dresses - such clothes for half-dance are less common, but are also popular. It can be attributed to the playful costumes of sailors, Santa Claus' assistants and other characters, which consist of a short topic and a skirt, or a dress with large cuts at the waist and a separate skirt. But keep in mind that these half-dance clothes are not as comfortable as a bodysuit or bikini, and will require additional training in order to be able to present them beautifully in dance.
When trying on any of these options, be sure to try different movements, including twine. The fabric should not curl up, crush and rub or, conversely, hang out. Also make sure that everything you need to cover is securely covered. After all, performances and competitions in half-dance are events that do not welcome excessive eroticism and vulgarity.
