A large percentage of the area is occupied by mountains, on which snow lays year-round. The ranges in the location are one of the highest places in all of Northrend. Secondly, even in calm weather, one should always be on the alert here, especially during air flights. Local legends say that unexpected wind flows can occur between the peaks, which makes it much harder to maneuver. Ice with stones is the basis for covering the entire territory. Representatives of familiar races are rarely found here, and finding vegetation will be a real achievement. In Ulduar, Thunder Giants hide from random eyes, and golems attack only with aggression from the player. There are few settlements here; as a result, users will not be able to find many tasks for pumping. The location is intended for heroes of 76-80 levels.

Almost the entire territory of the Storm Peaks in WoW is surrounded by high mountains. The only ground path exists near point K3 in a neighboring location. It is almost impossible to move on the ground in this area, and therefore it is imperative to study flights when going to Northrend.
The most famous inhabitants of the location are Torim, Khodir and Loken. A proto-dragon, Lost in Time, flies here, on which players regularly hunt while in the sky. This is the only way to get such a vehicle. For the Hunter class, location can be an interesting opportunity to tame a rare pet called Skoll.
