In Russia, parental meetings are understood as fundraising for the needs of an educational institution and forced charity. However, parent-teacher meetings at DOW have more versatile tasks, but many parents are not even aware of this. Yes, and attend such events on the strength of five to ten people from the whole group. How are general parental meetings usually held at the DOE?

Such a showdown can still drag on for about 30 minutes, if the manager does not correctly resolve the problem situation. After 2 hours, the bulk diverges, and units of parents talk with the head and the methodologist.
Such parent-teacher meetings in a preschool educational institution are a stereotype among Russians: parents are waiting for information about a new levy of money for landscaping groups, household items, toys, mugs, tailoring, and educators are not trying to interest moms and dads with the importance of information.
Recently, in kindergartens, they try to divide the meetings into types of problems and inform them in advance. In order for parents to be interested in the topic of conversations, educators systematically distribute questionnaires and surveys on parenting issues, complaints and suggestions. Then the questionnaires are sorted, and educators outline a plan for working with parents.
In this regard, parent meetings in the DOW may include the following tasks:
- acquaintance with the life of an educational institution;
- study the needs of a particular group;
- solving problems of raising children;
- solving the problems of mental development of preschool children;
- informing about additional services of narrow specialists (psychologist, speech therapist, defectologist);
- attraction to creative events;
- making a general discussion a solution to a problem (for example, aggressiveness, lies or theft of children).
In any case, the meeting is calculated by the time of forty minutes and involves the introductory, main part and questions of the parents. The parental attitude also depends on the tone of the educators and the atmosphere in the group. For example, the monotonous tone of the speaker, constantly running children or repairs through the wall annoy tired parents who are in a hurry to leave home as soon as possible.
Therefore, the attendance of parental meetings depends on how the first parent meeting took place at the pre-school educational institution. It is important for educators to use visual materials, give memos with important information, and show children's results. And it is important for parents not to sit out at the meeting, but to actively participate in the life of the group. Remember, kindergarten becomes the second home of your precious baby for five years!
