The virtual assistant Cortana, present in the tenth version of Windows, does not unreasonably attract the interest of many users, because, in addition to issuing banal tips and tricks, it can do a lot more (take at least a voice search for files or launch some programs). The question of how to enable Cortana (Windows 10) in Russia or in any other post-Soviet country is solved quite simply. This is not the point. The main problem is whether the assistant will communicate with the user in Russian.
