Correct monitor setup. Take care of your eyes

It is a recognized fact that not all technical innovations surpass their predecessors. This is what happened with computer monitors. More than 10 years have passed since the old bulky devices based on a cathode ray tube (CRT) began to be replaced by their modern liquid crystal (LCD) counterparts. The advantages of the latter include low power consumption, low weight, compact dimensions and safety for vision.

This time the marketing staff of LCD matrix manufacturers did not deceive, they simply did not tell part of the truth. So, one of the main features of the LCD technology, which is only partially helped by the monitor settings, is the mismatch between the intended and displayed color schemes. That is, although the monitor displays all the colors, they are slightly different from those on the CRT screen.

It will not be superfluous in the operating system to set the native screen resolution (usually the maximum). Thanks to this, the picture will become clearer.

When working behind a screen in the dark, it is recommended to use external light, for example, from a table lamp. This will relieve eye strain.
