Restart, what is the word? In the understanding of the average user, it is associated with rebooting the PC due to some kind of problem in its operation. For example, you had a very large number of applications running, after which your computer could not cope with the load and crashed. This is very common, especially if your PC is weak in performance (in this case, the likelihood that this will happen is higher than that of a person with a more powerful computer).
To solve the problem, it is enough to disconnect the PC from the power, and then turn it back on, or press the "Start" button on the system unit. It is also worth paying attention to the programs - cleaners. They can help you get rid of unnecessary cache, useless files and other system information, as a result of which the load on the computer will significantly decrease.

What is restart yet? It can pursue another goal: to reboot the computer in connection with recently installed updates, applications, drivers. The device always warns that it needs a reboot, and your task is only to give it the opportunity to do it now or wait for a more suitable time so that it reboots only the next time you start the PC.
Do not forget that if you do not give it the opportunity to reboot immediately in order to install new drivers, technical problems may arise.
