How to erase a pen from paper?

What to do if it is necessary to correct a mistake, delete a word or part of a text? Of course, you can try to remove the pen with an eraser or blade. But such methods, as a rule, leave obvious traces after themselves.

But there is another way that will help to fix the error almost imperceptibly. So how to erase a pen? For this you will need:

  • hydrogen peroxide;

  • a small amount of potassium permanganate;

  • 70% acetic acid.

First you need to prepare a special solution. Dissolve several crystals of potassium permanganate in a teaspoon of acetic acid - after dissolving you should get a purple liquid.

Place a blank sheet of paper under the sheet where you want to print the inscription so as not to stain the following pages. Take a cotton swab, soak it in the prepared solution and apply it to the marks of the pen until the inscription disappears - this process may take several minutes.

After the procedure, a pink trace will remain on paper. Do not be upset - you can eliminate this problem with hydrogen peroxide. Dampen a cotton swab in it and gently wipe the stain.

After the procedure, place the page with the inscription between two blank sheets and go over it with an iron. Now your errors are fixed.

Sometimes leather upholstery, car seats, or wardrobe items can accidentally get dirty with ink. Ink can be removed from the skin, and quite easily. Here are some very effective remedies.

  • Apply an ordinary hand cream to the ink stain and leave it on for three minutes. Now gently wipe the ink off with a cotton swab.

  • Another easy way is to use tape. Stick a thin strip of duct tape on the spot of dirt, press it firmly to the surface, and then pluck it sharply. If the ink did not have time to completely absorb into the skin, then most likely you will be able to "tear off" most of the ink. And erase the rest with an elastic band.

  • A sufficiently effective tool is nail polish remover without acetone. Dampen a cotton swab in it and lightly clean the contaminated surface. But remember that in no case should the liquid contain acetone, as it can discolor the skin.
