Quest quest Dragon Age: Inquisition: Tomb of Fayrel

To pass the Tomb of Fayrel, one of the side quests in the game Dragon Age: Inquisition, you must go to the location of the Whistling Wasteland. The task itself is a rather lengthy search for treasures, which can only be completed by someone who manages to show a considerable amount of endurance and attentiveness. During the trip, you will have to go around the entire location, examining it along and across. Is it worth it? Definitely! Passing the quest DA: Inquisition of Fayrell’s Tombs will bring in the finale not only additional experience and an interesting physical reward, but also new knowledge of the game lore, which in the Dragon Age world is worth its weight in gold.

We get the task: where to start?

The Tomb of Fayrell's quest becomes available for passing when we first arrive in the Whistling Wasteland. All the basic information can be obtained from Harding, and it is she who will hand over to us the first map leading to one of the tombs.

Location of all maps

Finding Firel's Tomb in Dragon Age: Inquisition requires several additional conditions. The very first thing is to find five maps, each of which indicates the location of five different tombs. As we said earlier, completing the quest will require us to run around frequently. Here are the very 5 places where you should go first:

  1. The first card, as already mentioned above, is given to us by Scout Harding. She will lead to the Tomb of the Four Pillars.
  2. The second map is located in one of the Venatori camps, which is located next to the sawmill. She will help you find the Tomb in the Canyon.
  3. For the third card, you also have to go to the camp, but in another, to the one located at the mouth of the canyon. With her help, we will find the Tomb at the burial grounds.
  4. The fourth card can be picked up at the next Venatori camp, on a mountain called the Nest of the Sun. The place indicated on it is the Grave at the Statue.
  5. And finally, the fifth card is hidden in the Tomb on the Graves. She will help find the way to the Grave at the foot of the Sun's Nest.

Key Mining

Each map found will lead to one of the five tombs located in different locations. Why did we go this long way? The fact is that in all the graves are hidden keys, which will then be needed to open our last destination - Tomb of Fayrel. Key mining takes place through a special ritual using curtain fire. You will have to read a series of narratives devoted to the dwarves. After each passage read, you need to use a curtain fire to light the nearby torches. It’s easy to make mistakes in order, and any wrong action will result in the appearance of several demons.

DA: Inquisition: Tomb of Fayrel: detailed guide

Passing the quest may be somewhat difficult for some users, for example, for those who are poorly oriented on the ground or do not want to spend time solving a riddle with a curtain of fire. Whatever the reason, you can always seek help from the guide with detailed directions and instructions.

Dragon Age: Inquisition: Tomb of Firel

Having received the first card from Harding, we leave for the Four Pillars camp. We find nearby the entrance to the tomb, already inside we turn towards the entrance and light the lamps. This is done in this way:

  • farthest on the left side;
  • the nearest on the right side;
  • the nearest on the left side;
  • farthest on the right side.

We pick up the key, card and go to the Canyon.

The entrance to the second tomb will be located next to the merchant. The order of ignition of the lamps is as follows:

  • the nearest one is first on the left side, and then on the right;
  • then the farthest first on the right side, then on the left.

We are looking for the next tomb in the burial grounds. Once inside, we approach the lamps and light them:

  • first the one on the left;
  • then, stepping back a little, the one on the right.

A chest with a card and a key will be located at the very exit.

In the Grave at the Nest of the Sun will have to make its way around, through the path leading up. Inside us is waiting for the next set of lamps:

  • light the farthest on the right side;
  • the nearest on the left side;
  • the nearest on the right side;
  • farthest on the left side.

And finally, the fifth grave is located next to the Orlessian colossus. The procedure for lighting fixtures is as follows:

  • farthest on the left side;
  • the nearest on the right side;
  • farthest on the right side;
  • the closest on the left side.

After that, you can safely go towards the Tomb of Fayrel. She will be guarded by one of the dragons. However, we will have a chance to sneak past him unnoticed. Open the tomb and pick up the loot.
