During the gestation, you will have to forget about coffee, since almost all experts are similar in opinion that pregnant women should not have coffee. And the point is not at all the harmful effect of caffeine on the child's development process - this effect is minimal. The fact is that coffee abuse often leads to premature birth and even miscarriage. Therefore, the use of an invigorating drink is necessary if not completely eliminated, then minimized as much as possible.
Now about the food that you can’t eat pregnant. In the diet of expectant mothers should be present exclusively natural products of high quality. These products are represented by fruits, vegetables, and also everything that is not characterized by the presence of impurities, represented in most cases by E-additives. In addition, pregnant women should refuse such products as chips, crackers, crab sticks and similar products of the modern food industry, richly flavored with various chemical dyes and flavor enhancers. Further, according to the degree of harmfulness, there are various instant products, which are also classified as forbidden during gestation. Among other things, a woman will have to abandon the use of fish of some varieties - mackerel, tuna, etc. Dishes that can not be eaten by pregnant women are also represented by sharp, smoked, fatty and very fried foods.
It is worth noting that a product, a single use in a small amount of which would be able to harm the fetus or disrupt the normal course of pregnancy, simply does not exist. Therefore, it is not worth going to extremes.
