The usual black soul stone ID is 0002E500, and the Black Star is 00063B29. If you need a completed item, you will have to use the identifier - 0002E504.

Important: the first three zeros in the numbers can not be set. The game console will work without them.

To give yourself a soul stone (black), you will need:

1. Open the game console while playing Skyrim.
2. Type player.additem <item ID> <number>.
3. Press the "Enter" button on the keyboard.
