If you want to quickly remove all the intervals between paragraphs, then you can use the button on the toolbar. It is located in the "Paragraph" area, in the "Home" tab and is called "Interval".
Highlight the paragraphs between which you want to remove the interval, and click on this button. Then select "Delete spacing after paragraph."
