Children's imagination is endless. It sometimes gives birth to unthinkable poems, various ironic phrases, universal answers to them or songs. Adults sometimes can not understand the meaning of certain expressions invented by the child. Such phrases include the couplet, "So you need it, chicken - lipstick!". True meaning
"That's what you need, chicken is lipstick, and lipstick is not yours, but someone else's king." Remembered? Why is chicken lipstick? Now no one knows and does not remember why this rhymed teaser sounds so, and not otherwise. Someone puts into the meaning of this rather harmless rhyme the opponent’s name-calling a chicken with lips painted with bright red lipstick.
Others, on the contrary, believe that the teaser was pronounced in a different vein: "That's what you need, lipstick smokes." It was meant that children, imitating adults, took lipstick in their mouths, like a cigarette, and "smoked". Everyone tried to seem cooler than it actually seemed. And for this, any imaginable fabrications were used.
Perhaps there is no hidden connotation in this phrase. Children do not have a rich vocabulary. Therefore, they often compose what most quickly comes to mind and is easier to remember. There are not so many three-compound words with emphasis on the second syllable. It follows that most likely in this couplet the word “lipstick” is intuitively chosen as suitable in rhythm.
There is also another version of this expression. It reads as follows: "That's what you need, little chocolate!"

If now, as an adult, trying to remember the number of teasers, name-calling and songwriters that the children used in the yard becomes ridiculous. At that time, these ridiculous names looked like an adult cool. Many children pronounced these teasers, regardless of the meaning.
