Pregnant Poses

It is no secret that it is during sleep that a person rests most effectively, during deep sleep, strength is restored, and the efficiency of cells increases. Pregnant women most of all need a normal night's sleep, which restores the body, which works in an enhanced mode. In order for the girl to feel good, she is recommended to sleep at least eight hours a day. Obviously, lack of sleep will affect the general condition of the pregnant woman: the woman will become irritable, the nervous system will be exhausted, fatigue will increase dramatically. Unfortunately, the expectant mother is not always able to get enough sleep, and most pregnant girls suffer from lack of sleep. All this is due to the fact that the pregnant woman can not understand what posture for sleep during pregnancy is right for her.

Of course, at each term, the posture of sleeping for pregnant women changes. At the very beginning, when there is no tummy, or it is very small, a girl can sleep on her stomach. However, a little later, it is much more difficult to choose a position for pregnant women due to physiological changes that begin to occur with the body. The abdomen begins to interfere with the convenient location of the body during sleep, and therefore the pregnant woman begins a restless sleep. The inconvenience begins from the fifth month, when the girl can no longer sleep in her usual position. Unfortunately, nothing can be done about it, the only way out is to adapt, find those optimal postures for pregnant women in which it is most comfortable to sleep. If a girl likes to sleep on her stomach, it is advisable to gradually begin to relearn, as this is not easy at all. Otherwise, the pressure on the embryo will be too intense, and even amniotic fluid is not able to protect it. Sleeping on the back is much more convenient, but as a result of such a situation, the back can hurt greatly, breathing will be difficult, and pressure will decrease. If a pregnant woman sleeps on her back, the mass of the uterus will be located on the spine. Therefore, the best posture for both is when the mother is on her left side. In this position, the work of the kidneys improves, the flow of blood and nutrients to the child, and swelling of the arms and legs decreases. In order to sleep more comfortably, you can put a pillow between your knees.

However, not only postures for pregnant women affect a woman's sleep. In order to get enough sleep, you need to follow some recommendations. First of all, it is better to abandon the afternoon afternoon sleep, which affects the disturbance of the night. If it is too difficult to completely refuse, it is worth reducing it to an hour and a half. In the afternoon, do not perform heavy physical exertion, the body should calm down, relax, prepare for rest. Before you go to bed, it would be nice to listen to slow soothing music. If, nevertheless, a pregnant woman wakes up at night and cannot fall asleep, do not force yourself to do this. It’s better to do some calming things for a while, such as knitting, and the dream itself will come. Before you lie down, you can put a roller under the lower back. With a roller it will be easier to find comfortable postures for pregnant women, since all the load on the spine will disappear. It should be remembered that due to certain physiological changes during sleep, pregnant girls may feel dizzy on their backs. This means that this pose is not suitable, and you need to think about how to change it.

In any case, it is important to know and take into account that healthy sleep is an essential prerequisite for the full development of the child. Remember that now you are responsible for your child! Let your dream be sweet, full and incredibly enjoyable both for you and for your baby!
