In this article you will learn what calibration is in “KS: GO”, and also learn some facts about it. This article will be useful to new players of this game, or to those who have not yet passed its early stage. The article will also explain how to complete the calibration.
General concept
Calibration in "KS: GO" is the process of obtaining an average rank in the competitive game mode. When issuing a rank, the coefficient of victories in this mode is taken into account: the more it is, the higher your rank will be. To complete the calibration, the player must win the competition ten times.
What affects the rank
So, now we know what calibration is, but what determines the rank that you get after passing it?
There are several factors that affect this:
- Win rate. It is the main estimated value during calibration in "KS: GO". In simple terms, this is the ratio of the number of games won to their total number.
- Your wagering directly during the tournament. This means that you need to kill as many enemies as possible and take leading positions in the game. However, do not be too zealous with this. It is important to remember that “Counter Strike" is primarily a team game!
- Level and rank of your rivals. Surely everyone knows that the stronger your opponents, the more difficult it is to win. It is on this basis that one can state with full confidence that the more professional the enemies, the higher the rank you will receive.
By the way, if in competitive mode you win a draw, then in the calibration process it will be counted as a victory.
It is also worth noting that to get a higher rank, you need to play on a map you know. It will be very reckless to start a competitive regime on a completely unfamiliar one. For convenience and simplification of the game, you also need to practice with bots and learn some scribbles that will help you deter the onslaught of enemies.
Ranks
In the game "KS: GO" there is a clear division into ranks. It is worth noting that the player can both increase and lower. At the same time, going down the ladder of knowledge is much easier than going up.
So, there are eighteen titles in total in the system:
- "Silver 1" - the lowest rank in the game.
- "Silver 2" - is practically no different from the first.
- "Silver 3" - - is absolutely similar to the previous one.
- “Silver 4” - more experienced players are concentrated here.
- "Silver Elite" - is an average level on "Silver".
- "Silver Elite Master" - a transitional title.
- "Gold Nova 1" - the first "star" title. Play it a level more difficult.
- "Gold Nova 2" - one of the most common titles at the moment.
- "Gold Nova 3" - this title is mainly played casually, not seeking to increase.
- "Gold Nova Master" - a transitional title. The game becomes much more difficult.
- "Master Keeper 1" is a rather difficult title to play.
- "Master Keeper 2" - the level is almost no different from the previous one.
- "Elite Master Keeper" - the game is much more complicated.
- "Outstanding Master Keeper" - a transitional title to "Golden Eagle".
- "Legendary Golden Eagle" - refers to the class of higher ranks.
- "Legendary Golden Eagle Master" - the most common title among professionals.
- "First Class Master" is the penultimate title in the game. Very difficult to win back.
- The World Elite is the final title. It is also the most difficult.
However, calibrating above the fifteenth rank is not possible due to the politics of the game.
More players focus on low and medium ranks.
