The corner, which is installed under the tile, is more practical, because it will last a long time and will be protected from moisture. However, its installation is carried out only during wall cladding and preferably by the hands of an experienced craftsman. Of course, this affects the price, but the result will remain unchanged for about five years. Such corners are made of PVC or ceramic. The former must be covered with tiles, and the latter can be used as an independent decorative element. The gaps between the tiles close up with a special mixture to protect the seams, grout, which for a long time will protect the corner from mold.
Right choice
A more practical option is to install a corner for the bathroom under the tile - it is less noticeable and susceptible to moisture, as well as more durable. But if your plans do not include large-scale bathroom repairs, an overhead corner is also suitable.
