And the goods of the toy manufacturer Mattel, with whose light cartoons are created, are intended not only for children's games. In addition to dolls, there are also unique small-run toys, a place which is in private collections of connoisseurs.

Billy is angry when he is considered a ghost. He is not a ghost at all! Even his name speaks for itself, because it is consonant with the English word Invisible, which translates as “invisible”. And no matter how hard Billy tries, he will not be able to fully visualize: some part will still remain invisible to the eye.
Creating a doll of the Scarmester series, the manufacturer emphasized this feature. Therefore, Billy's legs are translucent. It is worth noting that this is a big progress, because the first release of Billy was completely different.
Invisible box
In 2012, the company "Mattel" announced the release of a new character - Invisi Billy. Fans froze in anticipation, collectors were wary, preparing to replenish the windows of their home museums with a novelty. And at the next Comic Con festival, the first release of Billy was shown to the world.
He turned out to be very similar to a cartoon character. But no one noticed this, which is not surprising, because the box is empty. True, both Mattel and the army of numerous fans look at it differently. They claim that the box is not empty, in it is an invisible doll. The joke of the manufacturer was very successful. Boxes with an "invisible doll", released in small prints, were instantly sold out in private collections. At the same time, the price several times exceeded not only the cost of cardboard, but even the price of most Monster High dolls. This example of ingenious marketing has gone down in the history of toy production forever.
Scarmester
Invisie Billy's doll still came out. She is part of the Scarmester series (or The Scary Semester). Billy has black hair with blue locks, trimmed asymmetrically. He is wearing denim breeches, a dark striped hoodie and a blue hat. Billy’s wrist has a pair of silver bracelets. Low moccasins and short trousers leave his legs open, so the doll’s translucent legs are immediately visible.
The character turned out to be very expressive and interesting. The wave of enthusiasm caused by its release has just begun to subside, and the manufacturer is already giving vague hints of the next release. What will be the new version of Invisible Billy?
