What is the antistapler designed for?
An anti-stapler for removing the staples allows you to release the fixed staples more efficiently, without damaging either the material or the tips of your fingers. How to use an anti-stapler?
Place the anti-stapler in the right or left hand, depending on which hand is more convenient to act, as follows:
- The thumb of the hand holds the part on which there is a smaller distance between the cloves.
- The second part, with a wider distance between the cloves, is held with the index or middle finger, or two together.
- In order to quickly and efficiently remove the clerical clip, we bring the part with a smaller distance between the cloves under the bracket.
- Then we begin to squeeze the “jaws” so that the part with a wide distance between the teeth goes under the bracket on the other side.
- Slightly compress the tool to the end. Done. The bracket is removed.
In the event that all actions are performed correctly, the removed bracket will bounce, and two small neat holes from its legs will remain on the material.
How to store the staple remover after use?
Some anti-staplers are equipped with a latch - a latch that allows you to store this tool in a closed state, if, for example, it lies in a desk drawer. In the case of frequent use of the staple remover and the need to have it constantly “at hand”, it is more convenient to hang it on any device, for example, by hooking it on the edge of the organizer for office supplies. Do not forget to monitor the cleanliness of the teeth of the device, otherwise the staple removal process will leave traces of contamination on the document.
