Such a diagnosis requires a follow-up study every 2 days. The third degree is critical, the child suffers from
hypoxia. This condition requires immediate delivery by caesarean section.
The first degree is detected quite often, as a rule, the gynecologist prescribes some drugs that improve blood flow, for example, drugs "Curantil" and "Actovegin". Often a woman calmly wears a pregnancy and gives birth herself, especially if CTG does not reveal any violations. The second degree, if CTG has signs of fetal hypoxia, and the gestational age is more than 32 weeks, as a rule, ends with an emergency caesarean section.
In addition, the doppler for pregnant women allows you to accurately determine whether the fetus has a cord around it , and if so, how many times. Sometimes a two- or three-fold entanglement is also a reason for delivery with the help of surgeons.
