Conception Days

In order for the conception to take place, the sperm must be in the fallopian tubes exactly at the time when the egg is ready for fertilization. The sperm can not die within a period of up to 72 hours, it turns out that there are three to four days a month, when conception is most likely.

The sperm for the conception must go through the membrane of the female egg. At the same time, the rest of the sperm "help" him, taking part in the dissolution of this membrane. After penetration, fertilization takes place directly - the egg combines with the sperm into one cell, called the zygote, which begins to divide. First, in half, then each part is again divided into two, and so on. Each of these new cells, which are formed as a result of zygote division, contains the chromosomes of both parents. These chromosomes form a unique, never repeating genetic code of the child.

Further, the embryo begins to move through the fallopian tubes into the uterine cavity. Meanwhile, cells do not stop dividing. They have already gathered in a ball called morula. Inside this sphere a liquid forms, a cavity appears. Now the ball is called a blastocyst. The blastocyst penetrates the uterus and is implanted (fixed) on its wall. This happens on average twenty days after menstruation. At this time, the first signs of pregnancy are rarely seen.

Before calculating the days of conception, you need to take into account that during one menstrual cycle, not one, but several eggs can mature. Ovulation may not be in the middle of the cycle, but a little earlier or later. This happens if the menstrual cycle is irregular. Hormonal balance, emotional state, stress affect ovulation time.

To calculate the days of conception, you can follow your own calendar. The most favorable day is the day on which ovulation occurs. Also note that the time before ovulation is more favorable days of conception than the days after ovulation. The fact is that sperm need up to 24 hours to reach the fallopian tube, and after ovulation they can simply "not have time."

You can schedule a change in basal temperature to identify days of conception. It is quite difficult to calculate the most favorable days from it, because inaccuracy is characteristic of this method. But if you measure the basal temperature for two to three months several times a day, you can achieve a result by identifying general trends in the schedule.

Ovulation tests have become a popular method for determining the days of conception in our time . A gynecologist can help determine the day of ovulation as accurately as possible and determine the days of conception by analyzing the discharge, making an ultrasound scan. The analysis for hormones is also taken into account.

A woman should listen to her body, pay attention to discharge (on the day of ovulation you can notice viscous mucus), sometimes the discharge can be bloody. Features of well-being during ovulation - soreness of the mammary glands, slight nausea, pain in the lower abdomen. Thus, you can create your own conception calendar, and the longer and patient the woman will listen to the body, the more accurate her calendar will be.

You can use the schedule compiled on the basis of measurements of rectal temperature, which was discussed above. The fact is that immediately before ovulation, the temperature drops to 36.2 degrees, and immediately after it rises to 37.6 degrees. When drawing a graph, you will definitely notice this sharp jump - this day is most favorable for conception.

And, of course, it is worth remembering that before conceiving, you need to exclude alcohol, do not undergo a fluorography, and in the case of taking medications, consult a doctor about whether they will affect the conception and germ cells.
