Appearance story
In the 80s of the twentieth century, automotive industry experts began to celebrate their professional day. It is established by decree. After the collapse of the USSR, in some countries (Ukraine, Belarus), Chauffeur's Day remained, in others - it was moved to another date or completely forgotten completely.
In Russia, until 2000, the solemn date was combined with the Day of Road Workers. In the 21st century , driver's day has become a separate holiday. This did not make him less popular.
