One of the favorite forest animals, the hero of many tales is a bunny. Children will be pleased with the application "Bunny" in different variations. The simplest crafts turn out to be cute, and do not require large labor costs of the teacher or parents.
About the age of the masters
All the works described here are on the shoulder of children, starting with the middle group of kindergarten. Only the share of participation of an adult - a teacher or parent, the complexity of the composition and the scope of the imagination of the master can be different. It should be noted that such simple applications may interest not only children, but also adult creators. They can turn into a greeting card or a handmade design item.
Cotton pad application
The easiest job to do is the Bunny application made of cotton pads. For the manufacture you will need only four cotton pads, two of which will turn into ears, paws and a bow, and two will become the body and head.
First, select the background. Since the bunny will be white, you need to place it on contrasting color paper. A velvet background looks green, blue or purple, if velvet paper was not at hand, you can just take colored cardboard or thick colored paper of similar colors. Since the hares will be white, the winter background will look more plausible.
Now we take a cotton pad, fold it in half and cut out parts similar in shape to paws in an arc. We use the remaining middle of the disk to bow. We fold another disk in half again and cut out a similar figure, but a little thinner - these are hare ears. We bend the middle of the disk again in half, as shown in the figure and cut it - these are two legs. Now we place all the blanks on a piece of paper, if necessary we move and you can stick it. This can be done easily and safely with PVA glue. Add eyes and nose from small pieces of colored paper.
From orange paper, cut out a triangle that looks like a carrot, slightly round the corners. Add a little green tops. Our vegetable is ready. We hand it to the hare in the clutches. The result was a nice picture. If you insert into the frame and beat with an inscription, snow, or other interesting elements, you will get a real holiday gift.
Application of paper "Bunny" can easily be performed according to the same scheme, but you will have to spend a little more time on the workpiece. But here you can at your discretion change the size of the figure of a hare.
The application "Bunny" in the middle group of kindergarten is great, since it is the simplest of the proposed options. Other works require more perseverance and adult support.
Older children like to fantasize, and already with the help of cotton pads they can put together different figures for making applications. The photographs show several such examples.
Application from circles of different diameters
You can also build more complex portraits of forest handsome. For example, the application “Bunny” from circles of different diameters will require more labor for the preparation of templates. Here we need circles of three diameters: take 3-2-1 cm. We cut one large circle - the trunk, the middle three - the head, ears, leg and three small ones - on the muzzle, tail and paw.
Two circles of medium size are cut in half. One part is superfluous, everything else goes into business.
Select the background for the picture and lay out the blanks in accordance with the figure. We adjust the placement and glue everything except the paw.
We produce carrots according to the scheme described in the first craft. It will be placed under the foot of a hare. We stick the paw with the carrot last. Add thin strings of mustache. It is unlikely to do without the help of a teacher or mother.
In the figure, and on the finished application “Bunny”, a big difference is clearly noticeable. The younger our creator, the less similar the results to the circuit. But the picture will still come out cute.
Oval blank application
You can come up with many options for more free-form compositions, while they are complicated only in the preparatory part, the one that concerns adults, namely, the preparation of templates.
A very interesting and uncomplicated composition is obtained from cotton pads slightly cut into an oval shape. But this work is perhaps more suitable for manufacture in the home workshop, as it has many assembly parts.
Suddenly, a black background for our applique will look beautiful.
We need 4-5 cotton disks for the bunny and the snowdrifts. Colored paper for the manufacture of other parts.
First, prepare cotton pads. We cut one a little, giving it a slightly oval shape - this is the body. We cut the disk for the head more to get an oval more elongated.
We turn another disk into ears, bending it in half and cutting off a narrow sector in a straight line. We turn the rest into paws, cutting into two halves slightly rounded corners.
Do not rush to throw out small disc clippings. They will become snow in the picture.
The next pair of disks, cut in half, will turn into snowdrifts, but we will deal with this a bit later.
The next element of our picture, application carrot for a bunny. There are no new designs. All the same elongated orange triangle with slightly rounded edges on the lower base, and a bunch of green leaves of arbitrary shape from the corresponding paper.
We also need a hare foot of light blue or gray color - this is a circle with a diameter of about one and a half centimeters.
It remains to make two peas - one for the eye, the other for the nose. The diameter of the peas is 0.5-0.7 cm.
Application "Herringbone"
Now you need to take a strip of green paper to make a Christmas tree applique. Fold the strip in the eye, bending 4-5 times, cut out slightly elongated triangles. Reduce one a little, cutting, it will be the top of the head. When assembling a forest beauty, do not align its components too much, a tree of slightly irregular shape looks more interesting.
The blanks are ready. It remains only to place them on a piece of paper. Here you can let the baby either place the figures according to the finished scheme, or you can allow the fantasy to take a walk, only prompting the purpose of the details.
After the picture is assembled, you can glue the elements into place, using the same PVA glue.
The picture will look more complete if we place it on a light, larger volume sheet or make a frame-mat in another way.
A bit of fantasy

Application "Carrot"
Application of carrot for a bunny can be done in another way. It will be a carrot pocket. You can hide notes with wishes in it, for example, or a small souvenir, such as stickers that children often collect. You need a circle that matches the color of the paper. Cut it in half. Carrots come out of each half. Now we bend the semicircle, bending into three equal parts, and glue the pocket.
You can draw black blotches on a carrot or stick pieces of black thread to make the fruit more voluminous.
From the circle of green paper, we fold the leaves, first bending it in half. We put the resulting semicircle by bending to ourselves. With our right hand we bend a small part of the semicircle onto ourselves so that it lies on the main part. On the left we bend to the other side, so that the tail of the bend peeks out from behind the main part. Glue the corner of the base, obtained after folding, to the paper, then glue the carrot itself onto it.
The result is a carrot pocket. There are several such pockets. All children know that carrots are a hare dream, the better it is, the more the hare rejoices. Such a carrot can be an addition to any of the proposed applications "Bunny", and can become an independent craft.
