Fortunately, now devices such as a smartphone or tablet have moved into the category of ordinary household appliances and are available to almost everyone. Therefore, it will be useful to know how to distribute the Internet from the Android phone.
Mobile home network
Any owner of a stationary or laptop computer, having a device connected to the mobile Internet based on the Android operating system, having done some simple manipulations, can use it to connect the computer to the World Wide Web.
Of course, everything rests in this case in the coverage area of the mobile operator, but nowadays even high-speed access over 4G networks, not to mention the more "older" types of networks, is provided almost everywhere. In addition, due to the widespread use of smartphones and the fairly simple interface of these devices, sharing the Internet from Android is quite simple.
You can connect a computer to the device in two main ways: wired and wireless.
Wired connection
Most often it is used outside of cities - in dachas, in villages deprived of wired Internet, etc. - to connect smartphones or tablets to desktop computers via the USB interface. The principle of connection and operation of such bundles is largely similar to USB modems, only the role of the latter is performed by the communication module of the phone itself. You need to have a USB cable to connect.
Most computers have the Windows operating system installed as the most popular, and most of the versions of this OS, when connected, are able to detect and correctly configure the new device.
The smartphone is connected, Windows signaled the successful installation of the equipment, now you can proceed directly to activating the connection. In the gadgets based on Android of any manufacturers and models, this procedure is almost identical (if there is a difference, then it is very insignificant, due mainly to the features of the interface). The user will be required to enter the settings menu, select the "More" item, and then open the "Modem Mode" tab, in which you need to activate the "USB-modem" parameter. Windows will create a new network connection instantly and turn it on just as quickly. Everything is ready: now we quietly distribute the Internet via USB from Android to a PC.

Wireless connection
Wireless technology allows you to currently distribute the Internet from the "Android" both via Wi-Fi and access to the network via Bluetooth. Let's consider both options in more detail.
Wifi
This is the most common way to connect a smartphone to a computer at present. Most often laptops are connected in this way, but there are cases with traditional PCs equipped with special Wi-Fi adapters.

Connecting to an Internet distribution device is similar to connecting to a home router. In the list of active Wi-Fi networks, you need to select the newly created one, enter the specified password, after which the device will immediately gain access to the Network.
Bluetooth
This technology is being used less and less, since it will be more difficult to distribute the Internet from Android in this way to several devices than via Wi-Fi, and the data transfer speed will be lower. In addition, a Bluetooth controller (either built-in or external) is required to connect to a stationary PC. Modern laptops are also quite rarely equipped with built-in boards of this communication standard. And since now the cost of these devices is quite comparable with many models of Wi-Fi adapters, then users most often choose the latter.
If you still need to connect via Bluetooth, then you need to do the following.
In the settings of the smartphone, go to the "Wireless Networks" tab, click "Modem Mode", and then activate the "Bluetooth Modem" option. In the Bluetooth settings themselves, you need to make sure that the device is discoverable.
Next, you need to connect your existing external adapter to your computer (or make sure that the built-in is active), then initiate a Bluetooth connection. To do this, in the "Control Panel" in the "Devices and Printers" section, click "Add Device", after which Windows will start searching for devices. The found gadget will be displayed in this window. To access it, you must enter an eight-digit key. After entering, the smartphone will offer to organize pairing of devices and then switch to modem mode. All that remains is to click on the PCM phone icon on the computer screen and sequentially select "Connect via" and "Access Point".
