More recently, namely at the beginning of the 20th century, each April Fools' joke had its own national peculiarity - the color that was inherent in each country individually. In France, the draws on April 1 were called April fish, because during this period of time the sun was in the constellation of fish. These were mostly urban jokes. In England, from such innocent "fish" jokes, the holiday "Fools' Day" was formed, when starting from 12 a.m. everyone had every right to play a trick on their relatives and friends. All those who fell for the tricks were greeted with loud laughter and cries of "April Fool!"
