Test preparation
It should be remembered: no service will tell you what the speed of the Internet is, exactly - only approximately. Therefore, it makes sense to test with different programs, and then calculate the average value.
To get the most accurate results, you need:
- Turn off the Internet on all devices, leave only on the one that will be checked.
- If this is a computer, then it is better to turn off the router and connect via cable.

The fact that the actual speed of the Internet is lower than that stated by the provider, as a rule, does not play a special role.
