Very original and bright products are made using the patchwork technique, complementing them with volumetric application. To do this, they take inexpensive cotton fabrics - chintz, flannel - with nice children's patterns. Pieces of material that mix well in color and patterns are cut into strips or squares, stitched together, then cut out the back of a plain fabric, a thin synthetic winterizer is laid between the parts of the bedspreads, fastened with pins and sewn on the machine with wide stitches in any shape (zigzag, snake )Then the children's bedspread from the bed of colored stripes of fabric is trimmed at the edges with a wide contrasting edging. Such a product is additionally decorated with applique. To do this, first, a template is cut out of cardboard, then the appliqué details are cut out of fabric and sewn onto the bedspread by hand with small stitches. In this case, the edges of the material can be processed, but you can leave a light fringe. Voluminous flowers are made from strips of fabric collected on a thread on one side so that a gathered circle is obtained. They are sewn onto the base in the form of multilayer buds, highlighting the middle with a bright contrasting fabric circle or a colored pompom.
