Before crafting a potion, you have to sweat a little. You will need only two ingredients - cobblestone and ifrit core. The first of them is needed in the amount of three blocks, and you can get it just by traveling.
The walls of castles, roads, buildings in the villages - all this consists of cobblestone, and it will not be difficult to get it. For this you only need a pickaxe of any quality. Without it (digging with your hands) you cannot get a piece of the block.
